my teacher said that our projects and research books were sent to bombay to be moderated. my teacher had mentioned a website wher our work would be shown but i can no longer find the wesite name on my school website since i no longer have an account with my school. please tell me you know something about this. im stressing out and cant wait to have my work back. i miss it haha

sorry, I have not been on the discussion forum all summer and only just saw your posting. Your work should not have been sent to be moderated but rather the candidate record booklet that you prepared should have been sent by your visiting examiner. (Some schools have a different process if they can not get a visiting examiner but I still can not imagine sending all your work for 2 years through the post) Did you receive your work back yet? Do you find this valuable?

I haven't received a word about my art work. We had to send (i think) 14 pieces, our workbook and our score book. I hope that my work wasnt lost or anything bad happen to it. All of my best work over the last two years for nothing. I just dont know what to do. My art teacher retired and I have no idea how to go about this. Do you find this valuable?

So you did not have an interview with a visiting examiner? Can the school help you get in touch with the examiner/moderator of your work to ask for it back? I would start with the IB coordinator at your school. This is the best place to start. I have never heard of sending in actual work...the CRB is usually what is sent. Although I know that some schools who can not find a visiting examiner have other procedures to follow...but I still think you should be able to get your work back. Do you find this valuable?

Our school wasn't able to get an examiner. I have graduated and the other students who were seniors last year, haven't heard anything either but they dont seem to care as much. I mist admit that my school was terribly unorganized. I'm looking for, maybe, an email address for the coordinator. I highly doubt going to the school would help especially when they've just started back up from simmer vacation. The whole examination process was just so strange. We did the usual workwork/scorebook process. But our teacher had to interview us, using a tape recorder, then we pack our work up, and the school was supposed to mail it. (the work, workbook, scoreboard, and interview). I haven't heard of any process like this. Do you find this valuable?
